We make precision textile printing machines that run in factories across the world. If you want to build real things, solve real problems, and grow with an engineering company that has been doing this for 35 years — this is the place.
Problems get solved on the shop floor and at the customer site — not in meeting rooms.
Our machines carry Screenotex's reputation in every factory they run in. We take that personally.
35 years in a demanding industry means we've earned the right to grow steadily and deliberately.
Those who take ownership grow fast here. We notice, and we create room for it.
Screenotex has been engineering textile printing machines since 1989. That kind of longevity doesn't happen by accident — it comes from building things properly, standing behind your product, and hiring people who take their work seriously. When you join Screenotex, you're not joining a startup chasing a funding round. You're joining a company that has shipped over 700 machines and plans to ship thousands more.
The work is tangible. When a machine you helped build, test, or commission prints a thousand metres of fabric in a customer's factory, you know it. There's no ambiguity about whether your contribution mattered. That's a rare thing in any career — and it's the daily reality here.
We're growing — into new geographies, new machine categories, and new levels of automation. That growth creates real opportunities for people who want to take on more responsibility and build expertise in a field that rewards depth. We promote from within and we invest in the people who invest in the work.

The Senior Erection & Commissioning Engineer independently manages the erection, installation, commissioning, and handover of Screenotex textile printing machines at customer sites. This is a technical leadership role — you'll own the site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure machines hit their performance benchmarks on time. You'll also mentor junior engineers and represent Screenotex directly with the customer throughout the installation process.
The Junior Erection & Commissioning Engineer supports the installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of Screenotex machines at customer sites. This is a hands-on field role — you'll work alongside senior engineers, follow technical instructions, and gain direct exposure to large industrial textile printing machinery. Ideal for engineers who are eager to build practical skills fast and are comfortable with field work and frequent travel.
This entry-level field engineering role is open to diploma holders and freshers looking to build hands-on experience with large industrial machinery. You'll support senior engineers in installing and commissioning Screenotex machines at customer sites, learn the technical fundamentals on the job, and grow into increasingly independent responsibilities as your experience develops.
The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring production activities at the Screenotex manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. You'll work directly on the shop floor, coordinating with design, planning, quality control, and stores teams to ensure machines are built on time to the right standard. The ideal candidate has genuine shop-floor experience, can manage people and processes simultaneously, and takes personal ownership of production outcomes.
The MIS & Data Analyst is responsible for streamlining reporting systems, generating accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintaining all master data, and improving data flow across the organisation. This role works closely with all department heads — giving you direct visibility into how the entire business operates. The goal is simple: accurate data, on time, in a format that helps leadership make better decisions faster.
The Sales Coordinator is the operational backbone of the sales function — managing schedules, maintaining documentation, processing orders, and acting as the critical communication link between customers, the field sales team, and management. You'll keep things moving, catch what falls through the cracks, and ensure the sales team has everything it needs to close and deliver.
